BOG's lifesaver attracted me to it due to its coutchlock high, candy smell/taste and price. i have a sleeping problem and wanted a strain to put me out.

i planted 2 of the 10 seeds (got 8 left).cost 60 or 70 bucks

this was my third grow and successive equipment upgrades. i added a blower and air cooled hood to my 400 hps setup.

i kept the light very close to the tops of my plants to enhance tight nodes and short stature.

oh these plants barely smell during veg or flowering. the smell of my dirty laundry was more than enough to mask any scent they might have.

i vegged for two months and set in to flowering. bog states 45 days. i haravested a little later because i could sugar accumulating by the hour and left it another 14 days.

i planted in household mix in twelve inch pots, when flowering started they were transplanted into 4 gallon pots / foxfarm ocean forrest mix, with a scoop of high N and high K gauno. i watered with high N gauno tea every other week an half a dose of plain PH6 water in between fertilizing.

i found that with good heavey compost type soil you need to water lots less than with a loose perlite mix so i was very light on the water and even stopped watering 2 weeks before harvest. maybe LS is just sensitive to water.

my method of contorling the direction of the multiple brances was by wiring the growth tips horizontaly from mid branch to the lip of the pot. i trimmed late starting shoots, low branches and runt branches. only kept training the largest branches untill floweing was induced.

the nodes are very tight when lamp is kept close to the top of the plants. i achived about 10 Colas on each plant each with about 5 inches of thick thick buds

they are very very sticky and covered with sparkleing resin they smell very very piney and fruity as it dries. As for lifesavers someone was probably high when they picked out the name. the smell is piney/fruity not skunky like some other strains.

smoking it gets you high. it got my friends high. it got me high and we were all high. kind of a dopey strain where you just feel slow and stupid. couldent imagine doing work, focusing or even really walking while smoking LS. Its made simple movies confusing to me. i think the only motovation for me to move would be intense hunger. i doubt a fire could budge me from my sofa. I got the spins really bad once but i think i just over did it. if thats the kinda stone you want outta weed then this is the one for you.
