I don't know what the ration of deep purple plants is in the Purple #1 genetics is but out of the 10 i tried 3 died from damping off, 3 were male, 1 herm, and 3 girls. Out of the 3 girls 1 had no purple in it whatsoever... looked like normal ol' weed. The other 2 were slightly different, one had purple calyxs, the other had amazingly thick DARK purple buds... almost black. The leaves were purple, the buds were purple, and the hairs were yellow to bright orange. Very colorful. Needless to say her clones turned into mothers and produce the most amazing looking dope I've ever seen (barring Somablazes Blackberry bud.... that was amazing stuff). It's all under 300w of HPS and I don't think it's airy or light at all, the density is good. It won't yeild like NL or anything but it's not slacking either. It's probably about 78-80 f in there at its hottest and 67-68 at its coldest and I've never noticed any change in the appearance of the color. It's all very dark. I don't think you'll have to fool around with the temps if you find a decent purpling mother.

Even if you only get 1 decent mother off a breeder pack it'll be worth every cent you spent... people that assume you're going to get 10 great plants outta a 10 bean pack are in for a sore disappointment. It's just like buying a pack of baseball cards... you just get it and hope you get just 1 good one and that makes it worth all your time. I really hope you enjoy the DP Purple #1! It's a good strain and is a great base for breeding purpling genetics into other strains too... if ur into that kinda thing.
