I have Hempstar at about 50 days flowering. Of the 5 seeds that I sprouted, I found one plant that was super vigorous. I have grown many strains and I have never seen anything like this individual plant. The others grew well, but I chose this one for a mother.
My hempstar mom showed trichomes even in veg and I began to see larger crystals at only 7 days of 12/12. At day 50 she is very stinky and has tall standing crystals. My particular mother is NL#5 dominant. She is a good SOG plant and doesn't stretch much. Although, I doubt that a more Haze dominant pheno would be as easy. I currently take 50 cuttings a week from my mother. Otherwise she keeps growing into the 250mh!
For all clarification:
Hempstar is NL#5xHaze. The breed was changed...there is no Skunk in this variety. I expect good things while smoking this plant in a coule of weeks.
For the money (maybe $35), I think you cannot go wrong with this variety. NL5 and Haze are top genetics. Just be very selective on your final mother plant. I have sent rooted cuttings to two OverGrow.com members and they have nothing but great things to say.
