Strain Profile:
Orangina: (California Orange x Blue Bubble Juice)
New World Strains - The Americas, Hawaii and Caribbean Type: 50 indica/50 Sativa
Origin: Blue Grass Seeds
Breeder: BeanBoy
Taste and potency were the primary concerns in the development of Orangina. Our California Orange #3 was the trophy plant from our sample, quite columnar, with a huge central cola which smelled precisely like oranges. She sat in very intense light throughout her pregnancy, never flagging, producing dark striped or sometimes speckled seed. Blue Bubblejuice should add character and presence to the mix, being potently aromatic himself, while re-emphasizing the pointed, narrow leaf set of Cali-O. Although some sativa characteristics will be maintained in this hybrid, the phenotype will be predominately indica with those more manageable growth characteristics. Resin production should reach for the record books as the sweet thai influence finds this orange grove
Description of Orangina : Blue Bubble Juice x Calio (Dutch Passion). Mother of this strain was Calio and was some of the finest orange flavored bud I have ever tasted! Crossed with Blue Bubble Juice, the result was a trip down memory lane for some old fashioned Hippy weed Flavor is a nice orange/berry flavor with a knock out stone. Strain is excellent for pain relief and depression. Excellent with your coffee in the morning and all day use. Nice up energetic high. Med Users: ideal for chronic pain and arthritis
Type:50/50Indica/Sativa;
Height: 4 feet indoors;
Flower: 6-8 weeks; Yield: 120-140 grams
BeanBoy, Both parents were indica in size and stature, but retained the more pointed sativa leaves. Think I would select the denser individuals, as this has been successful with offspring of Blue Bubblejuice, Blue Goo a good example of that. Cali-O will likely keep Orangina very manageable and quick to finish. Very curious how these smell.
