Strain Profile:

I'm currently growing out Yumbolt. I have some stats which aren't the best but certainly not the worst. One of the wost parts, I'll put out in the open right from the start.

I got a 4/10 germ rate. No it wasn't my method. I usually get a 100% germination ratio, even with those pre-mature looking Dutch Passion seeds. I'm not exactly sure how well Yumbolt sells since i've barely ever seen a Yumbolt grow so the seeds may have been old..

The four had very slow growth in the first couple of weeks under floros. Way slower than I was used to with strains such as BG, NL, Nebula. But after I put them under a 400w hps for a couple of days, they really picked up the growth rate..

Their very first fan leaves starting yellowing VERY early on.. Again, as I was growing other strains along with Yumbolt, it's most likely not as a result of an environmental issue. The funny part about this strains yellowed leaves is that its a different yellow than i'm used to seeing in dying mj leaves.. The color is very tan, uniformed and rich.. Not a bright yellow, the type i'm used to.

The shape of the leaves.. In a previous post by Sagarmatha Seeds, they state that Yumbolt has wider leaves than sativas, but retains the shape.. Can you tell me exactly what a sativa leaf should look like besides being skinnier than indicas?? Two of my plants have extremely rounded edges. And the other two have semi-sharp edged, the more of what i'm used to type of leaves. Funny even further is that I have 2 biggish plants and two smallish plants and it turned out that each leaf shape pheno ended up with one big one small. Some may think this means that the seeds might have been mixed up or something but they are definitely related. The tan leaves, instead of the yellow is present in all 4.
