I was given a pack of 10 nirvana indoor mix seeds a friend has recieved for free from the kind seeddirect.to. He didn't like the idea of not knowing what he's growing and he's a bit of a 'hurry up' boy so he tends to only grow the quick finishing indica's. Anyway, I thought i'd give it a shot.....

Germination was 100%, but this grow was doomed by low temps, my heating went out in the middle of the winter and I was in no situation to sort this out, so I tried it in 'Cold Mode' anyway.

I only managed to get 2 of the seeds to come through the soil.. The growth was amazingly slow, I vegged them under the floro tubes for as long as possible, I don't like vegging under HPS, causes strectchy plants in my opinion. At about 6 weeks the plants were only 6", I flowered them regardles..

I was as lucky as fuck with the sex ratio, 2 females out of 2 seedlings. They went under a 400 HPS and I had some 'over fert' problems that i managed to wrap up in a few weeks.

The plants were obviusly 2 very diffrent strains.

One was very bushy, dark green, indica looking, the other was still very indica like, but was lighter green and had the better trichome production.

I let these go a long time. I flowered them for 9 weeks, and then went on holiday and stuck them in 2 weeks darkness. Overall they got about 11.5 weeks of flowering. The resin production was as heavy as fuck! Amber trichomes were present on all the buds.

I dried them over a week, quick drying nugs to get me threw 'harder times'. Yield was estimated on what was dried naturally and weighed after the 'dipping' into the buds. I had about 20 gramms of the lighter green plant, the lowest yielder, the other just over 30 gramms, over all i recon i got about 60 gramms between the two.

Both were REAL heavy, narcotic even, the glands were amber as hell, this weed was a potent killer. I loved it, I was so wrecked I couldnt tell you which was better, they were both sweet tasting and one had a mango like smell, the other a smell I found similar to 'rotting apples.'

Overall I was happy with the outcome, considering the low-low temps in veg, they yielded well. I wouldn't pay for this mix though, its was ok, beginners could start with this mix. I think overall if your going to get a mix of strains, go for a better one than this, Adventure mix or something, for free seeds, it was great!
