I think part of the problem with C99 is alot of hype. Growers write reports after a few bowls.I always felt you needed to smoke at least an ounce of a new strains over a period of weeks before a fair evaluation can be reached. You have to get past the hype. I shared a joint of C99 with a grower who used hang out here. While I got completely stoned he did not even catch a buzz off the same joint.
C99 is an excellent indoor strain , easy to grow and clone with low odor. Potency of any strain is subjective. There is no ultimate or holy grail strain for every grower. You must seek out your own based on your likes and dislikes.
